5. 💸 Refund Criteria

For Containers (Sales & Rentals):
Refunds may be granted if the container is:

• Unused
• Unaltered and in its original condition

For Customization Services:

• Non-refundable once work begins, as these are tailored to your needs.
• If you’re unhappy with the customization or suspect a defect, refer to our Quality Assurance section.

6. 🛠️ Quality Assurance

We stand by the craftsmanship of our containers and custom services. If you suspect a defect:
